Cannot find Allow Editing under the Records menu due to removed.
Cause:
The 'Allow Editing' command has been removed.
Solution:
To allow record editing in Access 7.0, in Form Design view, use the 'Properties' command under the 'View, and set the 'AllowEdits' option to 'Yes'.
1) Open a form in design view .
2) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties'. (The form property sheet dialog box appears.)
3) Go to the 'AllowEdits' option.
4) Click on the arrow. (The AllowEdits drop-down list appears.)
5) To allow record editing, select 'Yes' from the 'AllowEdits' drop-down list.
